2021 Operation RucksackSaturday 17 July 202111:00am - 3:00pm
Come help the JOINT OPERATION with the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association® (CVMA®) Texas Chapters 23-1, 23-1B, 23-11, 23-20, and our communities. We are asking for donations to help the homeless veterans. We need HEAVY-DUTY rucksacks/backpacks, toiletries, small utility items, and small snacks to fill these rucksacks. These items will be provided to the Veterans Resource and Outreach Center(VROC). The VROC supplies these to the homeless veterans throughout the community.
Specific items needed are listed on page 2 of the flyer (click link below). We will also collect cash or check donations. We are a 501 (c) and 100% of ALL these donations, both material and cash, go to the VROC to help homeless veterans throughout the year. Please help us honor those that served in BIG By-God Texas Style! This year we have four awesome sponsor locations you can drop of donations for your convenience:
1) American Eagle Harley Davidson, located at 5920 S I35E, Corinth, Tx 76210, with CVMA TX 23-1.
2) Black Gold Harley Davidson, located at 1007 TX-121, Allen, TX 75013, with CVMA TX 23-11.
3) Stampede Harley Davidson, located at 240 N Burleson Blvd, Burleson, TX 76028, with CVMA TX 23-20.
4) Texoma Harley Davidson, located at 4000 N. US HWY 75, Sherman, TX 75090, with CVMA TX 23-1B
Many folks create a drive at work, collect donations as a group if you prefer, co-workers, family, friends, local businesses, and then drop off to us on the weekend. I can arrange for special truck pickups, if needed. Just get involved where you can!
This is a great mission to help the homeless veterans that served our great nation!We have their six!
