Hotel Information: We reserved 10 Double Queen Beds and 15 King rooms, The cut-off date to 03/14/22, so this means all the rooms need to be reserved before then and any rooms not used will be released for other guests to reserve.

We will get a ride posted as it gets closer with a ride leaving from AEHD on 4/18/2024.
