November 02, 2019 8:30AM - 10:00AM

The First Annual Irving Police and Fire Blue Christmas Toy Run will be held Saturday November 2, 2019.  Blue Christmas is a charitable organization that provides Christmas gifts and food to underprivileged children in Irving.  The program started in 1979 with 25 families and it has now grown to where we attempt to take care of 400+ families that live in Irving.

The toy run will start from American Eagle Harley-Davidson in Corinth with stops at Maverick Harley-Davidson and Longhorn Harley-Davidson before ending at Texas Harley-Davidson in Bedford.  Check-in at Corinth begins at 8:30am with riders departing (KSU) at 10:00am.  We anticipate the entire ride to take 2 hours with ample stop time at each stop.  Texas Harley-Davidson will be providing food and drinks for riders at the finish.

Riders wishing to participate in the poker run portion must register at paypal.me/BlueChristmas by donating $25 AND by bringing a new, unwrapped toy to the ride start.  Poker run entrants will receive a t-shirt with their entry and are also eligible for raffle drawings at each stop location.  When donating via the link, be sure to also include your name and t-shirt size in the notes.  If you are riding with a passenger, they will need a separate registration to receive a t-shirt but they also receive a poker run entry as well.  Entries with the t-shirt option will end October 22nd.  Riders who only bring a new, un-wrapped toy or only register for a t-shirt will not be entered into the poker run but will still be eligible to participate in the raffle drawing at each stop.

Special thanks goes out to American Eagle Harley-Davidson of Corinth, Maverick Harley-Davidson of Carrollton, Longhorn Harley-Davidson of Grand Prairie, Texas Harley-Davidson of Bedford, Minuteman Press of Irving, CCC & Things of Dallas, and the American Motorcyclist Association.  Additional thanks goes out to Many Helping Hands of Irving and Becky Fann.  The 2019 Blue Christmas Toy run is coordinated by Lone Star Long Riders motorcycle club (AMA #3145412).  For questions, please contact us at paultong971@gmail.com.
